Dahlia Recruitment - Life Sciences are partnered with a rapidly growing global Medical Devices business looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive in Cheadle (Greater Manchester) to support the implementation of marketing activities across the EMEA region. This role is key to the successful delivery of national and regional events, the development of marketing infrastructure, and the optimization of marketing channels to deliver campaign objectives. The role also plays an important part in the management of social media and the promotion of educational initiatives.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES INCLUDE

• Collaborate on and manage the development and implementation of marketing communications plans, campaigns and initiatives to support market and business growth. These may include initiatives involving sales teams, social and online media, print media, email, PR, and other multimedia.

• Create, customise and manage regional marketing collateral and ensure that digital libraries are maintained and accurate.

• Manage the planning and implementation of events (tradeshows and conferences) by partnering with internal and external resources to ensure that conferences are well planned and run smoothly.

• Provide marketing support for KOL speakers and symposiums at conferences and events organised by the business

• Monitor campaigns and develop reports, metrics and analysis of marketing programs to demonstrate ROI and/or program effectiveness.

• Support budget planning, monitor use of resources within budget limitations and ensure that expenses are well maintained and processed per company guidelines.

* Work closely with the EMEA sales team, EMEA and global marketing colleagues to ensure alignment of marketing infrastructure needs, campaign management, and priorities.

* Support the Marketing Manager with project coordination and execution of broader marketing strategies.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

* 3-4+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sector.

* Demonstrated experience in event coordination and marketing project support.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

* Confident using SharePoint, digital tools, and social media platforms.

* Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal English.

* Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

* Willingness to travel occasionally in support of regional events and congresses.
