Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm

Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to oversee service delivery, performance, and improvement within a key service area in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage service delivery and operational performance

*

Oversee team leadership, coaching, and performance management

*

Manage service budgets, forecasts, and financial compliance

*

Drive service improvement, innovation, and efficiency

*

Monitor performance indicators and service outcomes

*

Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners

*

Support strategic planning and deputise for senior leadership when required

Requirements

*

Experience in service management or operational leadership

*

Strong background in performance management and service improvement

*

Experience managing budgets and teams

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

*

Educated to Degree Level and/or experience relevant to the post

This role may require flexibility for occasional meetings outside standard working hours.
