Salary: £37,260 basic £3.50/hour shift allowance

Shift Pattern: Innovative 5 & 2 12-hour day shifts

Were on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about keeping high-performance machinery running at peak efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

Take ownership of maintenance and repair across a broad range of production equipment
Tackle breakdowns head-on and carry out proactive, planned maintenance
Install, commission, and maintain CNC and foundry machinery
Contribute to continuous improvement projects that drive operational excellence
Apply your fabrication and fault-finding expertise to solve problems efficiently
Follow and close work orders for PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks 

What You Bring:

Solid experience in metal works and heavy industrial machinery
Proven skills in machinery installation, commissioning, and hands-on repair
Strong background in CNC maintenance, fault-finding, and schematic interpretation
Familiarity with PLC fault diagnosis
NVQ Level 3 (electrical or mechanical) is essential
A team-first mindset with great communication skills and a reliable, flexible approach
