Drylining Quantity Surveyor Required - NW Based

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team in the Northwest to support our expanding projects.

Responsibilities include:

* Leading commercial efforts for projects, collaborating with estimating and

* construction teams.

* Managing financial aspects of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring budget adherence.

* Cost tracking, variation management, and timely client communication.

* Procurement oversight for resources and accurate valuations.

* Active participation in client meetings and project support.

* Preparation of financial reports, estimates, and tender documentation.

* Proficiency in measurement for works schedules and quantities.

* Comprehensive commercial and contractual understanding of plastering, drylining, ceiling, and rendering packages.

* Handling projects ranging from £30,000 to £3 million.

* Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Requirements:

* CSCS Card and UK Full Driving Licence.

* Extensive experience in Drylining Quantity Surveying.

* Knowledge of JCT Standard Forms, Subcontract Standard Forms, and NEC Contracts.

* Dedication, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

* Numerical accuracy, methodical approach, and organizational skills.
