Are you an experienced EC&I Engineer ready to step into a leadership role? Perhaps you are already in a leadership role, but looking for an employer who will let you put your mark on the way things are run?

Our client is looking for an EC&I Manager to lead a small team of engineers managing a UK based flexible power generatin portfolio. You'll have the flexibilty to work remotely, as well as attend sites and company head office as needed.

You'll be the go-to person for:

* Planning and leading EC&I maintenance across a portfolio of operational assets

* Being hands-on when necessary - this isn't a clipboard role

* Driving improvements and preventative strategies, not just reacting when things go wrong

* Mentoring, coaching, and growing a tight-knit team

What you'll need to bring:

* Experience leading EC&I workstreams, ideally in power generation or heavy industry, but others sectors will be considered

* A solid background in hands-on electrical and control systems work

* A recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications

* ideally experience with COMAP, TEMS or similar

* A clean driving licence—and a willingness to travel
