PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUILDING SURVEYOR IN OXFORDSHIRE

Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a reputable business based in Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, delivering a wide range of projects and providing expert advice across the property and construction sector.

In this role, you will complete detailed reports, specifications and building surveys; identify defects and advise on repair, maintenance and restoration options including project management. You will liaise with clients, construction companies and other relevant stakeholders, attend and chair meetings, and represent the business while building strong client relationships.

Salary/Package: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus package

Requirements/Qualifications

Preferably RICS course qualified

Degree in building surveying or equivalent

Post graduate experience

Knowledge of fire risk assessments (desirable)

IT skills and analytically minded
