Our client - based in the Winchester area - is a well-established and respected name in the design and manufacture of high-quality bespoke timber products, and they are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team. This is your chance to become part of a growing business within the construction and homebuilding sector.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm - no weekends or bank holidays!

• Competitive salary: £25,000-£30,000 per year, plus 10% profit bonus

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships

• Support the estimating team by submitting quality enquiries

• Make proactive outbound and inbound calls to existing customers

• Perform accurate data entry and manage client records on the CRM system

• Assist the sales team with daily operations to ensure smooth workflows

• Respond to customer queries via phone and email

• Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Provide general administrative and office support as required

• A confident, well-presented and professional communicator

• Strong IT skills and CRM system experience

• A team player with a goal-driven mindset

• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail

• Ability to commute reliably to and from the Winchester area
