Constructive moves are recruiting for a PLC housing developer that build housing developments across the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire regions.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a mixture of existing traditional, housing schemes that range in size and complexity.

Due to the busy nature of the region, you will need to demonstrate the ability to run multiple developments at various stages of construction and mainly traditional or timber frame schemes.

The role is offering a market competitive salary and there is also a benefits package which includes a car/car allowance, pension and a bonus scheme.
