As a Permanent Recruitment Account Manager your day-to-day duties will include but not exclusive to:

  • Developing existing client relationships and building new relationships through telephone and face to face account management activities.
  • Capability to detect and convert prospective customers.
  • Attracting quality applicants through advertising, promotional activities, and recommendations from other applicants.
  • Conducting candidate interviews face to face and via Microsoft Teams to secure great care workers.
  • Complete all the relevant office administration in line with company procedures.
  • Working to deadlines and prioritising tasks with ease.
  • Ensuring that all company procedures are adhered to, and compliance is monitored accordingly.
  • Be involved in planned marketing activities in line with company strategy.
  • To deliver effective recruitment and retention strategies to ensure that the office has enough suitably qualified care staff to meet the branch care requirements.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and KPI's as agreed with the Manager.
  • Create and design captivating adverts.
  • Attend job fairs and trade events to increase branding and awareness of the company to prospective candidates.
  • Develop the use of social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Writing and creating candidate profiles for jobs applied for from the candidates CV.

Previous experience within a recruitment role would be beneficial however not essential for the right candidate.

You must be positive, friendly, proactive, can work in a fast-paced pressurised environment and able to build lasting relationships with ease.

You must be happy working to set targets and KPI's, showing passion and pleasure in achieving goals. Driving would be essential.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary with additional generous uncapped commission.

 

Basic: 28,000 per annum

Commission: Uncapped
