We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor within their Facade & Cladding Division, working on a live project in Norwich on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of facade and cladding works on site

* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high quality

* Maintaining strong health & safety standards

About You:

* Proven experience managing facades and cladding packages

* Background working for a main contractor

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
