Job Description:

As a Materials & Logistics Coordinator, you will support both office and workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless material flow. The Materials & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for goods receiving, inspection, and maintaining accurate material traceability.

You will coordinate transport for deliveries and collections, manage stock levels of consumables, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timelines are met. The Materials & Logistics Coordinator will also handle document control, including certification records and subcontract documentation.

Additionally, you'll release job cards, track deliveries, raise purchase orders, and support the movement and storage of materials across the site. This Materials & Logistics Coordinator position is pivotal in ensuring operational success and maintaining high standards across the business.

Skills & Experience:

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Excellent organisation and time management

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Experience with ERP systems (EPICOR desirable)

* Background in stores, logistics, or materials control

* Knowledge of engineering materials

* Forklift licence (desirable)

* Team player with the ability to work independently
