Are you an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager with a background in social housing and flat roofing projects? We are partnering with a respected and fast-growing social housing contractor who is looking to expand their operational team with a strong, hands-on Contracts Manager to oversee roofing works across London and the South East.

About the Role:

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple roofing contracts - primarily focused on flat roof replacements and repairs within the social housing sector. The role demands someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple roofing contracts from start to finish
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and liaise closely with clients and housing associations
Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards
Manage site documentation, risk assessments, and H&S compliance
Work closely with the commercial and operations team to ensure smooth delivery of contracts
Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the social housing sector
Strong background in flat roofing (liquid, felt, asphalt, or single ply)
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel across London and the South East
SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card preferred
