The Role
An established and friendly chartered accountancy practice in the heart of Stourbridge is looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a varied client base and the opportunity to play a key part in the day-to-day running of accounts within a supportive practice environment.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
*
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
*
Preparation of statutory accounts for SMEs
*
Liaising directly with clients and providing ongoing financial support
*
Supporting year-end accounts and audit processes
*
Assisting with process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects
Candidate Requirements
*
CIMA or AAT qualified (or equivalent)
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in a management accounting role
*
ESSENTIAL: Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
*
Strong technical accounting knowledge
*
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients
*
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
