As part of this exciting venture, we are recruiting a Registered Manager who will have the unique opportunity to shape, build, and lead this new service with full autonomy and direct input into the future direction of the business.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will:

Have strategic oversight and operational responsibility for the new domiciliary care service

Take the lead in business development, including networking, building relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, and growing client numbers

*

Be accountable for CQC registration, compliance, and quality assurance

*

Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies

*

Design and roll out a future-proof, person-centred care model

*

Work closely with our senior leadership team to drive innovation, efficiency, and care excellence

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial Registered Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care and driving growth.

Essential Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care

*

Currently registered as a CQC Registered Manager

*

Experience working in a CQC-rated 'Good or Outstanding' domiciliary care environment

*

Strong background in Business Development and service growth

*

Proven leadership in staff recruitment, development, and retention

*

Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and safeguarding procedures

*

Confidence in building local partnerships and community engagement

*

A commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care
