Warehouse Operatives – Brackmills, NorthamptonOngoing work | Competitive Pay | Immediate StartsWe are currently seeking dependable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Brackmills, Northampton, supporting a leading retail client.About the Role:As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.Shifts:6am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm At least one day at the weekend will be required on your shift pattern. Payrates:AM Shift£12.21 p/hOvertime £18.32 p/hPM shift (hours after 18:00)£15.21 p/hOvertime £22.82 p/hKey Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently
• Receiving and storing stock
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet targets

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• MHE experience required 
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
