About You:

* A natural leader with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams

* Energetic, positive, and people-focused - you thrive on supporting others

* Comfortable travelling regularly across UK territories

* Strategic and commercially sharp, but driven by purpose as much as profit

* Surgical device experience or experience working within an operating theatre environment is required

* Ideally you will be based central or open to travelling across the UK
