Lettings Consultant | £30,000 - £35,000 | Home-based with site visits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join a leading provider of new-build family homes in the private rented sector. You will manage the lettings process end-to-end across residential developments in the Peterborough area, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers with prospective tenants
• Coordinating with the Tenancy Progression team to ensure smooth move-ins
• Meeting tenants for check-in appointments
• Delivering against KPIs including occupancy rates and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records across all lettings activity

Requirements

• Lettings agency experience is essential - candidates without this will not be considered
• Ideally 1-3 years of residential lettings experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• Full UK driving licence (petrol costs covered)
