As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for executing payroll operations from data collection to final reporting across multiple international regions. You'll work closely with payroll vendors, HR teams, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. Your Day-to-Day:Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various European countries.
Compliance: Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Audits: Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting.
Technical Support: Assist in payroll system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.

The Essentials:Experience: Proven track record working in a complex, international organization.
Compliance: Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices.
