Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a reflective approach to teaching

Confidence in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons, or willingness to grow into this with support

Commitment to inclusive education and building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Open to teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school need

Available from September 2025
