About the Role:

Apex Resources are working on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking and expanding legal services provider, to recruit a skilled qualified conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to serve as Head of Conveyancing.

This is a senior appointment offering the opportunity to lead and grow the conveyancing department, oversee compliance, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the day-to-day operation of the conveyancing department.

* Manage and oversee the team's caseload, ensuring consistent service standards.

* Supervise, mentor, and support junior fee earners (if applicable).

* Implement and improve internal processes and case management systems.

* Maintain strong working relationships with clients, introducers, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.

* Comfortable managing a caseload independently from instruction to post-completion.

* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to support team development.

* In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

* A commercially-minded, client-focused approach.

Working Arrangement:

* Ideally mostly office-based, but flexibility is available for the right candidate.
