• Support our nursing team in delivering high-quality, person centred care

• Be proficient in core nursing skills, including Immunisations, Chronic disease management, Screening and diagnostic services and Diabetes management

The candidate:

• Registered Nurse Associate with the NMC (or awaiting registration)
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
