As a Store Administrator here at H.Samuel in Basingstoke your primary focus will be to provide outstanding levels of customer service to all customers, focussing on back office and administrative tasks. This will include repairs, audit compliance, stock management, deliveries, promotions, returns, banking and product launches. You’ll support our Store Manager by taking ownership and control of the day-to-day administrative duties to achieve and maintain the highest level of accuracy, compliance, efficiency, safety and security. You’ll be passionate about the delivery of exceptional retail excellence and support a customer first culture and focus on behaviours which support our mission to Celebrate Life and Express Love.

- A articulate, confident and hardworking Administrator with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- A good commercial understanding with a drive to continuously improve and deliver outstanding results
- Ensures personal compliance when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Determination to contributes to the store reaching its monthly and annual sales target
- Takes responsibility and be proactive to understand new products in store
- An interest in the Jewellery industry and a real appreciation for our products with a passion to help our customers Celebrate Life and Express Love.
