Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (OTE of £35,000)

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct property valuations and provide accurate rental price advice.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, meeting their needs throughout the letting process.
Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos and descriptions.
Conduct property viewings, showcasing key features to prospective tenants.
Negotiate rental terms and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate tenancy applications, including checks and agreements.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, values, and legal requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for property instructions and lettings.
Requirements:

Previous experience in lettings or estate agency.
Strong knowledge of the Coventry property market and local amenities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
Strong negotiation and attention to detail.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in property management software and online platforms.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Remuneration:

Basic salary: £25,000 per annum.
On-target earnings (OTE): £35,000 per annum, based on achieving targets.
