Location: Gloucestershire - flexible hybrid

Salary: £50-65,000

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial remedies, private children work, and cohabitation disputes
- Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court where required
- Contribute to departmental growth through article writing, PR, business development and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments

ABOUT YOU

- Qualified Solicitor 3PQE+ in family law
- Experience in either divorce, finances, private children matters, cohabitation disputes
- Experience conducting your own advocacy (desirable but not essential)
- Resolution membership or similar family law accreditation would be an advantage
- Personable, empathetic, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Keen to contribute to business development, marketing, and team growth
