Location: Primary Schools across East London
Contract: Full-time or part-time + Supply, term-time only
Pay: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

Destination Education are currently recruiting experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support a range of partner schools across East London. This role suits you if you're comfortable leading whole-class learning, delivering interventions, and working closely with teaching staff to maintain high-quality provision.

Key Responsibilities
Lead whole-class teaching during teacher absence.
Plan and deliver small-group or 1:1 interventions.
Support teaching staff with assessment, preparation, and behaviour management.
Work collaboratively within year groups and wider school teams.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.Requirements
HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to deliver planned lessons confidently.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
