The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering a range of geotechnical and geoenvironmental projects, combining technical expertise with project management responsibilities.

This is a position where you'll be trusted to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and delivering ground investigation projects
Producing and reviewing interpretative reports
Overseeing site works and ensuring quality & safety standards
Mentoring junior engineers and geologists
Client liaison and project coordination
Supporting commercial and project management decisionsSenior-level roles often involve full project lifecycle responsibility, including safety, cost control, and programme delivery.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Geology / Engineering Geology / Geotechnical Engineering
Typically 5+ years' consultancy experience
Strong report writing and project management skills
Experience supervising site investigations
Ability to manage clients and junior staff
