We are a friendly, community-focused pre-school in Golders Green, and we are looking for a dedicated early years practitioner to join our warm, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring professional who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in their earliest years.

Working Hours (Term Time Only):

* Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

* Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

As an early years practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 2-4. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to our pre-school each day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support children's learning and development

* Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and families

* Work as part of a collaborative team of early years professionals

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe learning environment

* Observe and record children's progress, identifying ways to support individual needs

* Uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to the overall well-being of every child

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an early years practitioner (preferred but not essential)

* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable

* A kind, reliable, and proactive approach

* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
