QC Analyst

Location: Bradford-on-Avon
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

The Opportunity

We're working with a growing scientific organisation seeking a QC Analyst to support laboratory testing and product release within a regulated environment.

This role combines hands-on lab work with data analysis and offers involvement in method development and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing on materials and products across different stages of production
Support release activities through accurate data review and documentation checks
Analyse results, identify trends, and flag any inconsistencies
Contribute to the development and validation of testing methods
Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and overall readiness
Work in line with internal quality systems and procedures

About You

Degree in a life science or related discipline
Strong laboratory experience, ideally within a regulated setting
Exposure to molecular techniques (e.g. PCR based methods)
Experience following structured procedures and documentation
Comfortable working with data and meeting deadlines
Detail oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach
