Responsible for the coordination of and deliverables from the data center assessment team. Reviews and prioritizes work load assignments and analyzes project costs and feasibility. Develops analysis standards and methodology consistent with technical requirements and US Defense customer needs. Schedules staff to deliver proper response and analysis in a timely manner across multiple, simultaneous evaluations. Develops and reviews recommendations for customer systems improvement. Provides technical expertise to various other data center services projects across the account. Responsible for the employment, training and discipline of assigned employees.
Requires BA/BS with 12+ years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. 4-8 years US Defense data center experience.
Incumbent has specialized expertise in at least one data center services area and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.
ITIL v3 Foundations certified required.
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
