Are you an experienced and passionate leader in children's residential care? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead an established children's home in Ilford, recently re-purposed to support children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

🔹 Your Role

As Registered Manager, you'll take full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring it delivers exceptional care and meets all regulatory standards. Your key duties will include:

Delivering outstanding care and ensuring children achieve positive outcomes

Leading and motivating your team to foster a therapeutic, nurturing environment

*

Managing daily operations, service planning, and development

*

Overseeing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency

*

Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and all relevant legislation

*

Working with external professionals to develop tailored care plans

✅ Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a committed and experienced care leader with:

Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

*

A strong grasp of safeguarding policies and children's care regulations

*

Proven experience managing a residential home or similar setting

*

Effective budget management skills

*

A full UK driving licence

*

Flexibility to take part in on-call rota as required
