Position: SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Denton
Responsibilities:

Providing personalised support to a student with SEN to enable their full participation in classroom activities and learning.
Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies tailored to the student's needs.
Assisting the student with academic tasks, communication skills, and social interactions.
Collaborating closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:

Previous experience working in a SEN setting, supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
Empathetic and patient approach to supporting students with diverse learning requirements.
Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing barriers to learning.
Preferably a qualified Teaching Assistant with relevant certifications, although candidates with significant SEN experience will also be considered.Why Join Us?
