As demand for their expertise grows, they are looking for an exceptional CMM Inspector with strong experience using Mitutoyo MCOSMOS to help them maintain their reputation for world-class quality.The RoleAs a CMM Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring every component leaving the facility meets the stringent quality standards required by their customers. You'll work closely with production, engineering and quality teams to validate complex geometries, interpret customer drawings and support a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities * Operate and program Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS to inspect highly complex components. * Create, modify and optimise inspection routines for both NPI and repeat production. * Interpret technical drawings, GD&T and customer specifications to verify dimensional accuracy. * Perform in-process and final inspection using both CMM and traditional metrology tools. * Produce clear, accurate inspection reports and support customer documentation requirements. * Work collaboratively with machining teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements. * Contribute to calibration, compliance and quality system activities as required.About You * Proven experience as a CMM Inspector within a precision engineering or similar environment. * Confident in programming and operating Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS software. * Strong understanding of GD&T and complex component inspection. * Comfortable working to tight tolerances (<10 microns) and critical quality standards. * Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. * A team player who communicates clearly and contributes positively to workflow and quality culture.Benefits * Competitive salary aligned with experience and capability. * Opportunity to work on technically challenging, high-value components. * Excellent training and development pathways. * Modern facilities with advanced machining and inspection technology. * Supportive, quality-driven working environment where your expertise truly matters.To be considered for this position, please send us your CV ASAP by applying to this advert
