Position Overview

The Ohio Canvass Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive and top producing canvass program for multiple markets. The position will work with Infinity management to foster a culture of continuous learning to ensure maximum effectiveness of the company’s marketing and sales efforts.


Essential Job Functions

  • Identify and document comprehensive canvass program that aligns with Infinity brand and marketing principles

  • Design canvass program based on financial and performance goals as set by Infinity management

  • Adopt and enforce quality control tools and measures to ensure the integrity of all data collected through canvass activities

  • Provide budgets and forecasts for each of the markets

  • Recruit and develop leaders for the program enabling its growth

  • In coordination with HR, develop pay structure and process for all positions within the canvass program

  • In coordination with HR, ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations and requirements

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to identify, recruit, train, motivate and retain staff

  • Short and long term strategic planning skills

  • Highly ambitious and goal oriented with high levels of integrity

  • High level of self-motivation and a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as canvass program demands

Education / Industry Experience

  • Experience using appropriate data analysis to inform decision making

  • Proven ability to train and manage staff both locally and remotely

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the management of successful canvass program(s) across multiple locations
