Position Title: Ohio Canvass Manager
Location: Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati Ohio

We are currently looking for a top performing, experienced Canvass Manager to manage canvass efforts in our 2 Ohio locations. The Ohio Canvass Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive and top producing canvass program for multiple markets. The position will work with Infinity management to foster a culture of continuous learning to ensure maximum effectiveness of the company’s marketing and sales efforts.
Essential Job Functions
Identify and document comprehensive canvass program that aligns with Infinity brand and marketing principles
Design canvass program based on financial and performance goals as set by Infinity management
Adopt and enforce quality control tools and measures to ensure the integrity of all data collected through canvass activities
Provide budgets and forecasts for each of the markets
Recruit and develop leaders for the program enabling its growth
In coordination with HR, develop pay structure and process for all positions within the canvass program
In coordination with HR, ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations and requirements
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify, recruit, train, motivate and retain staff
Short and long term strategic planning skills
Highly ambitious and goal oriented with high levels of integrity
High level of self-motivation and a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as canvass program demands
Education / Industry Experience
Experience using appropriate data analysis to inform decision making
Proven ability to train and manage staff both locally and remotely
3-5+ years of experience in the management of successful canvass program(s) across multiple locations
