You’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning.Responsibilities:

• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Providing insightful analysis to drive performance and profitability
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting
• Supporting year-end and audit requirements
• Mentoring junior finance team members
