Secondary Maths Teacher Needed at Lancaster SEN School!

Location: LancasterStart Date: January 2026Contract: Full-time, long-term, potential to go permanent

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a specialist school supporting secondary-aged pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH.

Requirements:

• PGCE with QTS
• Qualification to teach Secondary-level Maths
• Experience working in SEN settings or with SEN children
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to complete Reed’s compliance process, including:
  • Clear DBS with Children’s Barred List
  • Recent and relevant references
• Full-time availability from January 2026
• Ideally some availability before the Christmas break for interviews/trial days
