We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to work on our clients site within Andover working in the facilities team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for enhancing and transforming our client, and any sub-tenant workplaces. They will be responsible for the implementation of all existing concepts including touchpoints and team boards etc, will ensure a consistent workplace experience across the site and will manage and deliver workplace changes.

Must have IOSH Managing Safely qualification

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

* Strong customer and client focus - must have experience in customer facing Facilities Management environment

* Team Player - experience within a contract/project/facilities management team

* Communication - Exceptional level written, oral communications skills. An influential communicator, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages and identify mutually agreeable solutions

* Able to work out of hours to support service delivery needs as necessary

Always be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).

Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
