The Role - Learning Mentor

A well-established secondary school in the Sutton area is looking to appoint a Learning Mentor to join their inclusion and behaviour team. You will work directly with students who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges and help them overcome these to achieve their full potential in school. You will support learning in the classroom and run small group or 1:1 mentoring sessions.

Experience in a school or youth work setting is beneficial but not essential - a positive, proactive attitude is key.
