We are currently recruiting a Factory Operative to work within an engineering company, predominately doing shot-blasting, on a permanent basis in the Medway area. You will have used small hand tools and be happy working in an industrialised environment.

Your main duties will include:

Processing of parts as instructed
Shot blasting of castings
Manual Handling
Moving boxes of castings around the factory and general housekeeping
Completing the relevant job cardsYou will be working 46 hours per week, 6.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 6.00am to 2.30pm on Fridays - overtime is paid at an enhanced rate.

Previous factory/manufacturing experience would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be provided.
