Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Service Manager to join an established Agricultural Dealer based in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire.

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and coordinating with other departments.

What do I need?

* Proven experience as a Service Manager in this or a related industry, or a seasoned Engineer ready to transition into a leadership role.

* Comprehensive knowledge of machinery and a strong awareness of the seasonal demands affecting customers and business operations.

* Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both engineers and customers.

* Adept at managing complex tasks and meeting critical deadlines in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee a team of skilled engineers, ensuring effective organisation and management to achieve team objectives.

* Collaborate with other departments to guarantee the availability of parts and optimise scheduling for maximum efficiency.

* Monitor and enhance service call operations, ensuring all customers receive exceptional support and care.

* Take full responsibility for the management and performance of the service team and workshop operations.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with valued customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.

* Maintain work-in-progress levels in alignment with company policies to ensure smooth and efficient operations
