As a service administrator, you will be the operational backbone of their service department—ensuring jobs run smoothly, communication flows clearly, and every customer receives outstanding support. Your ability to juggle tasks, keep engineers on track, and manage client expectations will be critical as they scale.

Key Responsibilities:

* Log and coordinate service requests, breakdowns, and maintenance tasks.

* Communicate with engineers and customers to ensure timely job completion.

* Provide admin support to service managers and assist with scheduling.

* Maintain accurate service records and update management systems.

* Track service performance and follow up on outstanding tasks.

* Support workload planning and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
