Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
Lead small group sessions and one-on-one interventions.
Assist in planning and preparing lessons and resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. (ECT's are encouraged to apply to gain invaluable experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
