Teamforce Labour is seeking experienced 1st & 2nd Fix Carpenters for a long-term residential project in Richmond, TW10.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-organised site where high standards and craftsmanship are paramount.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in similar roles and will be able to provide at least two references.
You must have a strong background in all aspects of first and second fix carpentry, including floor preparation, window repairs and the installation of door sets.
We value reliability, commitment to safety, and a keen eye for detail.
Immediate starts are available for the right individuals.

Key Duties:
Installation of joists and floor over-boarding
Floor levelling works
Fitting of skirting boards and architraves
Window repairs and timber refurbishments
Ongoing works to include door set installation and general 2nd fix carpentryRequirements: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold a valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card - Carpentry & Joinery NVQ Level 2
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
Be able to provide two recent and relevant work references
Own your tools and PPE
Strong understanding of health and safety on site
Right to work in the UK
