As a Registered General Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting high standards of nursing care in partnership with the care and management team.
- Supervising staff appropriately and ensuring the smooth running of the shift.
- Performing general nursing duties, updating care plans, and administering safe medication in line with CQC and NMC guidelines.
- Being reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.
As a Registered General Nurse with our client, you'll receive:
- An hourly rate of £21.00.
- 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave (pro rata).
- A pension scheme.

- Enhanced rates for overtime.
- Paid DBS.
- 4 days accredited training per annum towards pin registration.
- NMC paid.
- Have current NMC registration and a valid pin.
- Have good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
- Have experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Understand regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Be dedicated, compassionate, and pride themselves on their person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
