As a Registered General Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting high standards of nursing care in partnership with the care and management team.
  • Supervising staff appropriately and ensuring the smooth running of the shift.
  • Performing general nursing duties, updating care plans, and administering safe medication in line with CQC and NMC guidelines.
  • Being reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.
Package and Benefits:
As a Registered General Nurse with our client, you'll receive:
  • An hourly rate of £21.00.
  • 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave (pro rata).

The ideal Registered General Nurse candidate will:
  • Have current NMC registration and a valid pin.
  • Have good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Have experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Understand regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
  • Be dedicated, compassionate, and pride themselves on their person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
