Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for an SEN Teacher to join our fantastic team at Draycott Moore College in Staffordshire!

Draycott Moor College is dedicated to providing pupils aged 10 to 18 years with a high quality and individualised learning environment. The school provides opportunities to access learning that is tailored to their needs, whilst developing their self-esteem as they reach milestones in our caring and nurturing setting

Minimum requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS Qualifications
  • Have proven teaching and learning experience.
  • Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner.
  • Have the energy, passion, and drive to raise standard.
  • Have initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ideally have experience of working with students with SEMH and additional needs
