Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Wolverhampton

Pay Rates: £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience

Shift Patterns: Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00 & Friday 08:30-16:00

We're looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, and hungry for success, while also being hands‑on and confident handling essential administrative duties. In this role, you will:

Manage and nurture key customer accounts.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
Handle job costings and ensure profitability.
Respond to incoming enquiries with speed, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Keep customers fully updated on lead times and order progress.
Liaise closely with internal teams, including Transport and the Business Development Manager, to ensure smooth operations.
Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Re-engage lapsed customers and maximise business from existing accounts.
Maintain accurate stock information within the system

Requirements

Steel tube industry experience is essential.
A motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service.
Strong organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of administrative responsibilities.
