We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a prestigious luxury hotel development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a landmark project known for its exceptional quality and innovative design.
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination, installation, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical services including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire suppression systems.

Ensure all mechanical works meet design specifications, project timelines, and budget requirements.
*
Lead daily site coordination with subcontractors and the wider construction team.
*
Maintain rigorous health & safety standards, including toolbox talks and risk assessments.
*
Monitor and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and carry out regular inspections.
*
Report progress, technical issues, and resource requirements to the site/project manager.
*
Assist in the commissioning process and system handovers.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience supervising mechanical works on high-end residential or hospitality projects.
*
In-depth knowledge of mechanical building services and installation practices.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
*
Relevant mechanical or building services qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC, Degree).
*
CSCS Gold Card - REQUIRED.
*
SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.
