REF 078 - DEPUTY SUPPORT MANAGER - WORCESTER AREA - LEADING SUPPORTED LIVING CHARITY

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.

This provider has an opportunity for a candidate with supervisory experience in the care or support sector to join them as a Deputy Support Manager for their services in the Worcester area.

The Deputy Support Manager in Worcester will:

· Mentor an existing and established staff team.

· Provide direct support to individuals with a Learning Disability.

· Rota management.

· Audits.

· Supervisions and appraisals.

· Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence.

The Deputy Support Manager in Worcester will need:

· Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.

· Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.

· Experience of supervising care/support staff.

· Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and care regulations.

· Good communication and IT skills.
