We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential care service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager

Lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely
Deliver and maintain exceptional care standards in line with CQC regulations
Manage, support, and develop staff — including recruitment, training, and supervision
Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and rota planning
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and compliance
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for both staff and residents
Registered Manager Requirements:
Experience in a Registered Manager role or similar within adult or children's care
Strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding, MCA, and DoLS
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Confident using digital care and management systems
A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
