We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected workshop in Didcot, known for creating high-quality bespoke furniture. If you love working on unique, one-off pieces in a collaborative and professional environment, this could be your next great move.

The Role

You'll be working in a busy, modern workshop producing exceptional bespoke pieces, including:

* Manufacturing custom furniture and joinery from detailed drawings

* Working confidently with hardwoods and softwoods

* Using machinery and hand tools with precision and care

* Collaborating closely with designers to bring concepts to life

* Carrying out quality checks and finishing to a high standard

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

* Supporting a positive, team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner

* Background in bespoke or high-end furniture preferred

* Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Understanding of different timbers and finishes

* Reliable, self-motivated, and well organised

* A strong team player with good communication skills
