Are you ready to take the driver’s seat in your career? We are seeking a full-time Operations Assistant for a 4-month contract. This role, based in M30 7DR, requires a valid UK driving license and a readiness to embrace new challenges.

Role Overview:

Join our Operational Technology Support Team and become the backbone of our operations. You will be the orchestrator of various activities, ensuring all training needs are met, from booking courses to arranging accommodation. Your meticulous record-keeping will ensure we’re always compliant, and your coordination skills will keep our site Health & Safety compliant.

Your Responsibilities:

As an Operations Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin of our operations. You’ll be the Training Coordinator, the Health & Safety administration leader, the liaison between transport & your team, and the first point of contact for any computer & software problems. You’ll also support financial analysis, provide administrative support, maintain the spares database, organise meetings, raise Purchase orders, and provide cover for other Operations Assistants.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, able to multitask, and self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll also have a high degree of self-motivation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy. Your excellent communication skills, flexibility to travel between sites, and proficient use of Microsoft packages will be key to your success in this role.

Salary:

The role offers a competitive salary of £12.24 per hour.
